Our terms are simple:

You must have a Twitter account and adhere to Twitter's terms to use Twitnote.

Additionally:

1. We reserve the right to modify or remove Twitnote without any prior notice.
2. We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time.
3. We may, but have no obligation to, remove notes from your account should they be deemed, at our digression, unlawful , offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use. We claim no intellectual property rights over the data we gather from your Twitter account.
